Internet speed and latency test
Measure a real download and HTTP round trips to this website’s serving edge.
Measure this connection to Zenshield’s website
Uses about 2 MiB of download data per run, plus small requests. Your provider’s data charges apply. Pause other downloads for a more useful comparison.
The short download includes request and server overhead. Results measure this browser’s route to the website’s server, not your line’s maximum speed or a VPN server benchmark. HTTP round trips differ from ICMP ping, game latency and packet-loss tests. Upload speed is not measured.

Connection feels slower with the VPN
Start by naming the slow task. Try the task without the VPN and note what feels slow: starting, transferring, responding or staying connected.
How to lower ping: test the cause before changing settings
Separate Wi-Fi delay, busy uploads and server distance, then compare the same game or call with useful latency observations.
