    Download the official installer.

    Request the file above, then wait for your browser to finish. Find it in your downloads list. The official source is downloads.zenshield.com.

    Check the prompts. Install.

    Open the file and follow the installer. If Windows reports an unexpected publisher, blocks the file or shows a security warning, pause and contact the team.

    Your account. Your decision.

    Open Zenshield and follow the account setup. Review bandwidth sharing before giving consent. Sharing is required for free VPN access; downloading the app does not grant consent.

  4. 04

    Make your first connection.

    Check ordinary browsing works, then connect in the app and try a familiar website. If it fails, note the app’s state and exact error. Troubleshoot a connection.

If something gets in the way.

The download didn’t start. What now?

Check your browser’s downloads list. If the file is missing or incomplete, use the download button again. Get the installer from downloads.zenshield.com. Back to downloads.

Which Windows versions are supported?

Exact minimum OS and hardware requirements aren’t published in the current guide. Contact the team with your Windows version to check a particular setup. Ask about your device.

The app installed, but I can’t sign in.

Use the account help first. Record the error and check which account you intended to use. Reinstalling may not resolve an account problem. Account help.

How do I stop sharing or remove the app?

Turning off the VPN may not stop sharing. Fully exit or uninstall, or use a stop-sharing setting if your version supports it. Remove the app through your operating system; account deletion is a separate request. Sharing and removal help.
