Start with a clear request
If you want to request deletion of your Zenshield account data, contact hello@zenshield.com. Put “Account deletion request” in the subject and identify the email address associated with your account.
Do not send your password, authentication codes or identity documents in the initial message. The team can explain any verification it needs before acting on an account request.
Removing the app is different
Uninstalling Zenshield removes the software from your device. It does not by itself make a request about account records. If you want both, uninstall the app and send a separate account-deletion request.
The privacy policy explains data handling, retention and applicable rights. Ask support what verification is needed, which records the request covers and when you can expect a response.
If your question is about sharing
You can stop participating in bandwidth sharing without using an account-deletion request as the first troubleshooting step. Read how to stop sharing for the distinction between minimizing the app, fully closing it and uninstalling.
Keep the request focused
A useful message says which account you are asking about and whether you want account deletion, help accessing the account or an explanation of data handling. Those are different requests, so being specific helps the team respond to the right issue.
A message you can adapt
Subject: Account deletion request
Hello,
I would like to request deletion of my Zenshield account
and associated personal data under the applicable policy.
Account email:
I can / cannot currently access that email address.
Please explain any verification required, which information
will be deleted or retained, and the expected next steps.
Send it from the associated account address where possible. If you no longer have access to that address, explain the situation first. Do not attach identity documents before the team has explained what is necessary and how to provide it.
What to check in the reply
Look for confirmation of the account concerned, any action required from you and the scope of the request. If the reply asks for clarification, answer in the same thread. Ask about any retention described in the policy rather than assuming every record disappears immediately.
Keep the acknowledgement and the final response. This guide does not promise a deletion deadline or a particular result before the request has been verified and handled under the policy. If your goal is also to stop software running on a device, complete the uninstall or stop-sharing steps separately.
